We begin by assessing your needs through discussions with clients, involved family members, and professionals. Next, we develop a service plan based on the needs identified on the assessment. We match your needs to the best possible associate and bring them to your home to participate in the caregiver selection process.  Once you choose the associate, we monitor the service through phone calls, home visits, biweekly supervision, surveys, etc.  Health of Mind, Inc goal has always been to provide high-quality home care services.
